• Meningkat kecekapan dalam menguruskan bahagian penyelenggaraan dan pengurusan aset.
• Memastikan perancangan yang teratur dan seimbang serta meningkatkan kualiti kerja setiap masa.
• Keselesaan pengguna diutamakan.

FUNGSI BAHAGIAN/JABATAN
• Memastikan segala masalah berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan dapat diatasi dengan kadar segera.
• Meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan dalam melaksanakan proses penyelenggaraan dengan sempurna.
• Menyelenggarakan kerosakan bangunan kolej dan asrama.
• Bertindak dengan kadar segera terhadap sebarang laporan kerosakan yang diterima.
• Memastikan segala asset milik syarikat berada di dalam keadaan baik dan terkawal pada setiap masa.
