S1: Bolehkah saya mendaftar jika tidak membayar yuran pengajian?
J1: Boleh, sekiranya anda telah mendapat kebenaran bertulis dari Jabatan Kewangan..
 
S2: Bolehkah saya mendaftar jika dokumen-dokumen tidak mendapat pengesahan?
J2: Tidak boleh.
 
S3: Apakah kesannya jika saya tidak mendaftar pada tarikh pendaftaran yang ditetapkan?
J3: Tawaran kemasukan akan terbatal kecuali mendapat kebenaran bertulis daripada HES.
S4: Bolehkah saya pelajar semester pertama membuat rayuan pertukaran kampus? 
J4: Tidak boleh.

S5: Siapa yang perlu saya hubungi semasa kecemasan di luar waktu pejabat?
S5: Anda boleh berhubung dengan Penyelia / Warden atau Bahagian Keselamatan di asrama. 
 
S6: Siapa yang layak mendapat kemudahan kolej kediaman?                    
J6: Semua pelajar layak mendapat kemudahan kolej.

S7: Apa yang perlu saya bawa semasa pendaftaran?
J7: Anda perlu membawa duit saku yang berpatutan untuk membeli keperluan harian, peralatan kuliah dan buku. Selain itu, bantal dan sarung bantal, cadar, kasut dan pakaian sukan, kasut dan pakaian formal, kelengkapan solat/sejadah, baldi, sabun dan sebagainya

S8: Jika saya lewat sampai semasa hari pendaftaran ke mana harus saya tuju?         
J8: Anda dinasihatkan supaya berhubung dengan pegawai yang bertugas.

S9: Saya belum membuat  pemeriksaan kesihatan. Bolehkan saya datang untuk mendaftar?
J9: Boleh.

S10: Keluarga saya ingin turut serta menghantar saya pada hari pendaftaran. Dimanakah penginapan yang terdekat dengan INSTEDT untuk keluarga saya menginap?
J10: Penginapan yang berdekatan dengan INSTEDT ialah Desaru Golden Beach Resorts, Pulai Beach Resorts & Tanjung Balau Resorts.

S11: Sebagai pelajar baru, bolehkah anak saya membawa kenderaan sendiri?
J11: Boleh & kenderaan tersebut perlu didaftarkan.

S12: Apakah pakaian yang sesuai semasa pendaftaran? 
J12: Berpakaian formal dan sopan seperti yang telah ditetapkan dalam garis panduan sahsiah rupa diri siswa/siswi.


S13: Saya mempunyai masalah kewangan, adakah bantuan disediakan?                               
J13: Ada, seperti tabung anak yatim, tabung Balkis, tabung pelajar miskin, tabung BAKTI, tabung kebajikan pelajar/pinjaman tabung anak Felda dan bantuan zakat yang dikelolakan oleh HES. 

S14: Saya mewakili negara dalam bidang squash, adakah disediakan gelanggang squash untuk saya menjalani latihan?
J14: Ada, disamping itu terdapat juga gelanggang-gelanggang yang lain di Bandar Penawar.

S15: Ibu/Bapa saya tidak mempunyai borang J, Bagaimanakah saya hendak mengesahkan pendapatan Ibu/bapa saya? 
J15: Ada boleh mendapatkan pengesahan pendapatan ibu/bapa anda.
