Inggeris, Matematik / Matematik Tambahan, 2 subjek lain dan lulus Fizik/Kimia/Biologi/Sains Tambahan/Pengetahuan Sains Sukan atau Lulus SPM dengan kepujian 3 matapelajaran termasuk B. Melayu & Matematik / Matematik Tambahan, lulus Fizik/Kimia/Biologi/Sains Tambahan/Pengetahuan Sains Sukan, lulus B. Inggeris serta pengalaman bekerja sekurang-kurangnya TIGA ( 3 ) tahun / penglibatan DUA ( 2 ) tahun dalam bidang sukan di peringkat negeri / negara atau Lulus Pra Diploma Sains ( PD008 ) dari UiTM. Nota : i. Bagi calon yang mempunyai pengalaman kerja atau penglibatan dalam bidang sukan, salinan permohonan dan salinan kelayakan yang telah disahkan perlu dihantar kepada Dekan, Fakulti Sains Sukan dan Rekreasi, UiTM, 40450 Shah Alam selewat-lewatnya satu minggu selepas tarikh tutup permohonan. ii.
