VISI
• Beriltizam untuk menjadi sebuah pusat rujukan dan perkhidmatan berkualiti yang berteraskan kecemerlangan ilmu melalui sistem capaian,
   penghantaran maklumat dan penyebaran ilmu secara sistematik, selamat dan pantas di mana-mana, pada bila-bila masa dan berasaskan teknologi terkini.

MISI
• Mewujudkan persekitaran infostruktur yang dapat menyediakan perkhidmatan sistem maklumat bersepadu, program pembangunan modal insan dan
   prasarana pangkalan ilmu yang berkesan serta berkualiti untuk semua peringkat pengguna/pelanggan dengan selamat, cepat dan menyeluruh.

OBJEKTIF
• Mewujudkan infrastruktur rangkaian kampus yang mengaplikasikan teknologi tanpa wayar lengkap dengan sistem keselamatan yang boleh dipercayai dan selamat.
• Mewujudkan sistem automasi dan penyebaran maklumat digital menggunakan teknologi kad pintar pelbagai guna.
• Menjadi pusat perlombongan data yang tepat dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengukuran produktiviti dan KPI.
• Mewujudkan dan menyelenggara sistem maklumat kolej yang bersepadu dan fleksibel menggunakan teknologi web serta dapat disesuaikan dengan perubahan organisasi
• Mewujudkan kumpulan pakar rujuk yang dapat menggalakkan perkongsian ilmu dan inovasi teknologi
• Menerokai dan menggalakkan penggunaan teknologi sumber terbuka dalam pelbagai bidang kepakaran
• Memaksimumkan jaringan penyebaran maklumat tanpa sempadan
