Misi, Visi dan Objektif

MISI
Melahirkan tenaga mahir terlatih yang berdaya saing, kreatif dan inovatif dalam berbagai aspek (profesional, separa profesional dan berkemahiran) ke arah membentuk insan yang sempurna di samping menjadikannya sebuah kolej swasta bumiputera yang unggul di Malaysia yang dapat mewujudkan " peluang kedua " bagi warganegara Malaysia amnya, di dalam menampung keperluan tenaga kerja mahir dan separa mahir selaras dengan ekonomi negara.


VISI
Menjadikan INSTEDT sebagai sebuah kolej bertaraf antarabangsa yang boleh melahirkan lulusan profesional dan separa-profesional yang mahir, kreatif dan berinovatif ke arah membentuk insan yang sempurna.



OBJEKTIF
Menyediakan program-program profesional, separa profesional dan kemahiran untuk menampung keperluan negara pada masa kini dan akan datang, selaras dengan perkembangan ekonomi.

Memberi pendidikan dan tumpuan dalam semua bidang berlandaskan sains dan teknologi untuk menyahut seruan kerajaan di dalam membentuk insan yang sempurna.

Menyediakan peluang kedua di dalam pembelajaran peringkat tinggi kepada anak-anak Malaysia amnya dalam pelbagai bidang daripada peringkat sijil hingga peringkat Pasca Ijazah.

Melahirkan generasi yang sentiasa peka dan melibatkan diri dengan aktiviti-aktiviti intelektual agar menjadi warga negara yang berilmu di dalam menjayakan WAWASAN 2020.

Konsep kolej dalam taman
INSTEDT merupakan sebuah kolej yang berkonsepkan  "Kolej Dalam Taman" dikelilingi oleh keindahan dan kesegaran alam semulajadi. Konsep ini sememangnya sangat membantu para pelajar menjalani kehidupan sebagai seorang siswa yang berketrampilan, menguasai ilmu serta mampu menbangunkan diri menjadi insan berguna di masa akan datang. Selain dikelilingi oleh keindahan alam semulajadi, INSTEDT juga terletak berhampiran dengan kawasan peranginan yang sentiasa mendapat kunjungan ramai iaitu Desaru dan Tanjung Balau.
INSTEDT dibangunkan di sebuah kawasan yang kondusif dan jauh dari hiruk-piruk serta pembangunan metropolitan yang pesat. Ini menjadikan INSTEDT pilihan yang tepat sebagai sebuah pusat pendidikan dan sebagai penyediaan pelajar ke peringkat lebih tinggi.
